The Leadership Team of New Life is group of members of the congregation that commit to serving through listening to feedback of other members, making decisions for the church, giving direction to the staff.
Mindy has been a part of New Life since 2016. She likes that New Life is one big family where she can go from having a conversation with a four year old to having a conversation with an eighty-four year old. Mindy serves as the church treasurer and as a youth leader.
Mindy and her husband Andy have a baby on the way. She works as a retirement plan advisor. She enjoys travelling, caving, climbing, hiking, kayaking, crafting, and getting the youth to do things they never thought they would.
Sherri has been a part of New Life since 1986 when the church first began. She appreciates the church's close, family-like atmosphere. Sherri serves as our Elementary Sunday School coordinator.
Sherri and her husband Kevin have three adult children (all married) and four grandchildren. She works as a church secretary at another church. She enjoys reading, gardening, art and painting, and playing with her grandchildren.
Doug has been a part of New Life since 2011. He appreciates the family atmosphere and the biblical teaching. Doug serves as the audio/visual team leader and plays guitar on the worship team.
Doug and his wife Elaine have four grown children and two grandchildren. He works as a high school mathematics instructor. He enjoys guitar, photography, the outdoors, and soccer.
Rob has been a part of New Life since 2017. He appreciates the love and authenticity of the people of New Life and that it is a church that seeks God and follows His wisdom. Rob is engaged with BIC World Missions and is an active part of our Wednesday evening Bible study and fellowship times.
Rob is a mental health worker at a local hospital. He enjoys learning to speak Spanish and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. He is interested in community and emotional well-being.
Chelsea has been a part of New Life since 2019. She appreciates the community and friendships that the church provides. Chelsea serves as the Leadership Team secretary and as a nursery volunteer.
Chelsea and her husband Mark have two daughters and one dog. She works as a certified professional coder for a local health care system. She enjoys reading, gardening, walking and hiking, and camping.
